Zita Diamonds –  Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) in Central Time.

  • In-Stock items ship within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order items require 10–15 business days for craftsmanship and quality inspection before shipment.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and select regions, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)—all duties and taxes are prepaid by Zita Diamonds.
For other countries, duties/VAT are collected by the carrier at delivery; estimated charges appear at checkout.

3. Insurance & Signature

All shipments are insured for their full replacement value under our Jeweler’s Block policy.
Adult signature (21+) is required on delivery; packages cannot be rerouted once in transit.
Packaging is discreet and unbranded; inner jewelry box is double-boxed and cushioned.

4. Tracking & Notifications

A tracking link is emailed and SMS-opt-in notifications are available once the carrier scans your package. Customers may select “Hold for Pickup” at FedEx/UPS facilities.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, or drop-box addresses.

  • Sanctioned or high-risk destinations are excluded.

  • Orders flagged by our fraud-screening system may require manual verification and additional processing time.

6. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

Severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season volume, or customs inspections may extend delivery times. We notify affected customers within 24 hours of learning of a delay.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

Report any loss, theft, or damage to support@zitadiamonds.com within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will file the insurance claim and repair, replace, or refund the affected item after investigation.
