1. Resize Policy

  • Free Resizing: Zita Diamonds offers one free resizing for eligible rings within the first 30 days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the resizing process.
  • Post-30 Days: -Resizing requests after the initial 30 days may incur a resizing fee. Contact our Customer Service team for details on fees and procedures.
  • Eligibility: Not all rings are eligible for resizing. Some designs may have limitations due to the setting or design intricacies. Our team will assess the eligibility of your specific ring.

2. Repair Policy

  • Free Repairs: Zita Diamonds provides free repairs for manufacturing defects or issues within the first 90 days of purchase. This includes problems with prongs, settings, or any other manufacturing-related concerns.
  • Post-90 Days: Repairs needed after the initial 90 days may be subject to repair fees. Contact our Customer Service team for an assessment and details on fees.
  • Exclusions: Repairs do not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or theft. Such cases may be subject to additional fees.

3. Process for Resize and Repair

  • Contact Customer Service: To initiate a resize or repair request, contact our Customer Service team at info@zitadiamonds.com or call 214-699-9717. Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the resize or repair.
  • Authorization: Our team will provide instructions and, if necessary, a Return Authorization (RA) number for the safe shipment of your item.
  • Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.
  • Inspection and Assessment: Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect and assess the resizing or repair needs. You will be notified of any associated fees, if applicable.
  • Completion: Once the resize or repair is complete, we will return the item to you, accompanied by a detailed report of the work performed.
