1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanages
- Returns: Products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. - To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 60 days from the date of delivery. - The item for exchange must be in new, unworn condition, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Process for Returns and Exchanges
- Initiating a Return or Exchange: Contact our Customer Service team at info@zitadiamonds.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: - Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
- Shipping: Ship the return or exchange item to the address provided with the RA number. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the item.
4. Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Exchanges
In the case of an exchange, the new item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
7. Defective and Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
