Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Zita Diamonds jewelry, but if you’re not completely satisfied, our Returns & Exchange policy is designed to be hassle-free.
Returns:
Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges:
Eligibility: Items can be exchanged within 60 days of delivery. The item must be in new, unworn condition and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at info@zitadiamonds.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.
Return Authorization: If your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item.
Packaging & Shipping: Securely pack the item in the original packaging with all accessories. Ship it to the provided address using a traceable shipping method for safety.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once the return has been processed and approved.
Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the exchanged item to you.
Defective or Damaged Items:
